Fitness Expert Laticia Jackson has over 9 years of experience in the health and fitness field.

During this time she has served as Research Assistant at the University of West Florida, Sports Performance Coach, Fitt Kid Instructor, Certified Personal Trainer, Lifestyle and Weight Management Specialists, NPC National Fitness Champ and IFBB Fitness Professional. As an IFBB Fitness Professional she possesses the education, dedication, determination and compassion needed to help you achieve all of your fitness goals. She has traveled the United States to compete as a top level competitor, has had the honor to be featured in over 11 nationally recognized fitness publications and has made multiple television appearances for stations such as Fox 45/ABC 22.
